Our approach is simple yet effective. We generally use a 4-phase method to assess your company’s needs, to create your customized plan, and help you through the entire implementing process required to create a company culture that will support you and your employees to thrive and grow.
The first phase involves assessing the current situation and challenges using an established discovery process. The core of this exercise is to systematically speak one-on-one to as many employees as possible. It is important to connect with a wide range of team members in order to get a complete and detailed assessment of your business and its needs. The goal is to get a general overview of the HR challenges of the organization without focusing on any one individual. Please note that this process is completely confidential.
We will seek to gain an understanding of:
This phase includes an audit of HR tools, policies, and processes in order to identify critical gaps.
Get a clear picture of the status of the business from a people and culture perspective.
In this phase, our concentration is on creating a foundation for change by focusing on employee stressors and frustrations. Before entering into a formal HR planning process, it’s imperative to build trust with your employees and team. Actions speak louder than words here, meaning that we need to be taking action on what employees are bringing to light in the conversations we have with them.
By systematically eliminating stressors and frustrations, employees will feel as though they are being heard and that their management team is truly committed to improving their overall work experience. Although all issues won’t be addressed, most employees will begin to buy into the process, increasingly becoming engaged, trusting the intentions and commitment of the management team to make lasting change.
This phase is pivotal to the success of any HR initiative and will help in the initiation of our overall growth plan.
Create a climate for change.
The next phase in the development of your Strategic HR Plan will be completely dependent on our findings during the first two phases. Execution of this plan will be key to the company’s success. Our team will be there to help make this a reality.
Provide support, direction, tools and guidance to help people grow and achieve success.

We’ll focus on creating better leaders. We’ll look at opportunities for education and skill development. At promotion opportunities. And, at possible wellness initiatives and team-building tools and resources.
We’ll make your team as strong as it possibly can be and we’ll lay the groundwork for them to be able to achieve bigger and better things in the future.
