Custom Company HR Plan Creation
With our In-Depth Assessment, we’ll be able to uncover the organizational and foundational issues your company is struggling with. We’ll discover what goals and values you hold for your company, as well as review and assess other pieces of the puzzle. In our second phase of the assessment, we’ll discover what frustrations your management team and employees encounter, day to day, that might not be obvious to you, as a leader. From there, we’ll create a plan of action. We’ll map out what your company needs in terms of strategy, HR tools, policies and procedures; and reorganization of company roles (e.i. Putting the right people in the right positions) to create a plan that’ll align your team members with your company’s core values, goals and business strategy.
Removing Negative Culture
In the assessment process, by listening to the employees and their perceived issues, we’ll already be setting up expectations for there to be changes in the negative experiences they’ve been having. This will create trust and engagement in employees towards the changes that will be implemented. We’ll start reintroducing the company’s core values to employees, which will be the start of us addressing the behavioural issues present in the company. We’ll create new policies, where needed, to help remove the frustrations felt with management and employees. We’ll provide conflict management coaching and we’ll support staff members that are currently struggling, feeling overwhelmed with work and/or life, and who are experiencing burnout.
Initiating Positive Culture
Where needed, we’ll reorganize your team and the roles they are in, putting employees in the right positions based on their skills, interests, potential and performance, all to meet your company’s needs. We’ll help define current and new job descriptions, as well as facilitate group sessions on HR prominent subjects as needed. We’ll create recurring processes that’ll help you better manage your team over time. We’ll coach you and your HR department to handle the company’s future hiring needs with recruitment strategies and processes. And we’ll work on time management and many other directives the company may need to be able to start gaining forward momentum, once again.
Creating Culture that Matters
Finally, we’ll help create a company culture that is meaningful to you and your employees, not only supporting their well-being, but by truly allowing them to thrive as a part of your team. This is done by coaching executives, supervisors and managers to improve their leadership skills; and by facilitating team-building exercises, workshops and coaching sessions. It also means creating opportunities for employees to grow, get their needs met and potential actualized.
