This is our Full Human Resources Initiative and Culture Transformation mandate. During this mandate we help you deal with your company stressors; create a climate for change; engage in HR initiatives that are designed to initiate positive changes as well as employee well-being; and create a company culture that deeply matters to you and your people to generate more long-term success in your business.
With our In-Depth Assessment, we’ll be able to uncover the organizational and foundational issues your company is struggling with. We’ll discover what goals and values you hold for your company, as well as review and assess other pieces of the puzzle. In our second phase of the assessment, we’ll discover what frustrations your management team and employees encounter, day to day, that might not be obvious to you, as a leader. From there, we’ll create a plan of action. We’ll map out what your company needs in terms of strategy, HR tools, policies and procedures; and reorganization of company roles (e.i. Putting the right people in the right positions) to create a plan that’ll align your team members with your company’s core values, goals and business strategy.
In the assessment process, by listening to the employees and their perceived issues, we’ll already be setting up expectations for there to be changes in the negative experiences they’ve been having. This will create trust and engagement in employees towards the changes that will be implemented. We’ll start reintroducing the company’s core values to employees, which will be the start of us addressing the behavioural issues present in the company. We’ll create new policies, where needed, to help remove the frustrations felt with management and employees. We’ll provide conflict management coaching and we’ll support staff members that are currently struggling, feeling overwhelmed with work and/or life, and who are experiencing burnout.
Where needed, we’ll reorganize your team and the roles they are in, putting employees in the right positions based on their skills, interests, potential and performance, all to meet your company’s needs. We’ll help define current and new job descriptions, as well as facilitate group sessions on HR prominent subjects as needed. We’ll create recurring processes that’ll help you better manage your team over time. We’ll coach you and your HR department to handle the company’s future hiring needs with recruitment strategies and processes. And we’ll work on time management and many other directives the company may need to be able to start gaining forward momentum, once again.
Finally, we’ll help create a company culture that is meaningful to you and your employees, not only supporting their well-being, but by truly allowing them to thrive as a part of your team. This is done by coaching executives, supervisors and managers to improve their leadership skills; and by facilitating team-building exercises, workshops and coaching sessions. It also means creating opportunities for employees to grow, get their needs met and potential actualized.
During a Team Realignment mandate, our goal is to help you put the right people in the right seats for your company’s long-term growth and success. A key part of this process will be about defining where your company is headed and what that means for your team and people strategy. From here, we can start working on the reorganization of the team and the roles people play within it. We’ll have discussions and coaching around the practice of promoting from within based on skills set, attitude, performance and capacity to properly fill the role available, versus hiring based on seniority or unrelated job performance. We’ll also offer coaching and support throughout the entire transition, as well as guide you through the hiring process whether the decision made is to hire internally or externally.

We all know that change is hard. Particularly when it comes to changing and aligning behaviours, beliefs and values. The fact is, time plays an important role in allowing positive change to take hold when dealing with most people. For some employees, change is what they are needing, and for others, more time will be needed to adapt or catch up to the rest of your team. The individuals who take a bit more time to adapt are often very valuable team members and just need the extra coaching and care to sooth them into embracing the company’s new ways.
In addition, leadership development is just as challenging. Time is a critical factor for leaders to adopt new ways of leading and managing their teams. The key to their success is to provide them with enough time to practise their new behaviours, receive constructive feedback, try again and fully see the results they are creating for themselves. This feedback loop is essential to grow as a leader. Our extended presence will allow this to take place while providing the support, knowledge transfer and coaching.
