For the past two and a half years, I’ve had the privilege of working with Charline Hebert. I believe her strength is in her ability to make complex projects seem simple. She completely immersed herself into my ways of working and keeps providing solutions that meet both my needs and support the company’s long-term goals.

On a personal level, I have been the production supervisor/shipping receiving for the last 7 years and I supervise between 100-130 workers. I was able to learn how to communicate more effectively with my workers and management team, to stay focused and avoid distractions. I learnt to plan, organize, solve problems with knowledge and prioritize my work. I have a better understanding of my roles as a leader, all thanks to her expertise and work tools. She has helped me challenge my way of thinking and as a result has shaped how I manage my current role, on top of helping me understand which direction I want my future career to take.

In the two and a half years of working with Charline, I can’t thank her enough for everything she’s done for me. She sure has improved my overall skills and I know she will not only make me a good leader, but she’ll make me a great one. I’m looking forward to my continued work with her in the future.
